upcoming release: helper wage

i have been testing running a set wage for the helpers and things appear pretty solid.

in the modDesc.xml there will be a new setting called...

<helperHourlyWage>50</helperHourlyWage>

this is the wage per helper that will be charged. 

the default is $50 and if nothing is provided the default in-game value from GIANTS is used of $1,000.
