I apologize for coming off a bit frank.  When I hire a worker the camera zooms all the way in and I can not zoom out. My HUD disappears. I can not access menus. I can only tab to other vehicles, and can not dismount vehicles. The worker doesn't do anything. I have to window out to hard shutdown game. I run a lot of mods for FS games. This mod doesn't seem to get along with my particular game or mods. After removing this mod my game and mods perform as normal and I did not have to create a new save for my map. I hope maybe this may help you in any further development of your mod. The idea you have is wonderful and I was excited to use it, but at this time I'll have to wait and see.
